Hi

We want to share the same extension number says 2434 to two sip phones 8811. But it looks like the two phones can not ring at the same time. The calls go to one phone and sometimes to other. Can someone confirm that cisco 8811 support this feature or not

Below is my configuration.

Hi,

Shared-line is CME feature and not phone feature. Yes it is supported by Cisco. Can you try to increase the number of shared lines (default is 5). Please try these commands (after the phone reset test again)

voice register dn 10

shared-line max 5

voice register global

create profile

voice register poo 10

reset

voice register poo 15

reset
