Hi everybody,
I'm working on a CUCM 9.1.2, outside calls are routed in/out PSTN via a a gateway C2800, using IOS 15.1(4)M4
I'm encountering an issue with the outgoing and incoming calls, users are hearing sizzling in their conversations.
I entered the CLI command: show voice dsp, here's a capture from the command's output:
CURR STATE : (busy)inuse (b-out)busy out (bpend)busyout pending
LEGEND : (bad)bad (shut)shutdown (dpend)download pending
DSP DSP DSPWARE CURR BOOT PAK TX/RX
