Hi All,

    I meet a issue on off-net call. I pickup a call from ISDN-PRI, I cannot hear anything after 3-5 seconds. Meanwhile, the calling party is hearing ring-back.

There is no VAD configured in H.323 gateway.

    My CUCM version is 7.1

    Do you have any idea on this issue?

Hi,

Can you post the config of the H323 gateway.

Can you confirm the call flow :-

ISDN/PRI ---> H323 GATEWAY ---> CUCM 7.1 --- > IPPHONE

So the caller is on the ISDN side and they hear ringing tone

The IP PHONE does not ring for 3-5 secs
