Hi,

i ran into an issue. please help me.

incoming calls shows the following trace.

To: "860 12345678"<sip:+9XXXXXXXX9860@domain.com>

since the space between number, how do i create a translation rule?

Thanks

I believe the "860 12345678" is not the actual ANI, but the CNAME, calling party name. +9XXXXXXXX9860 is what should be checked with the translation rule.

i tried that. But, cannot match the translation rule. i think translation rule checking only 860 12345678. its not going to <sip:+9XXXXXXXX9860@domain.com>.

Can you provide more information on how is the dial-peer matched are you using "incoming uri via" to match it? how is the call flow ? for example

ITSP-->CUBE-->CUCM

Also post the configuration from the device where you have configured your translation rules.

Thanks!

Jinto.
