I am trying to send users' VM's as an attachment in the HTML email notification. We use Google for email and I have gone through the process of configuring a Google Cloud Project and authorizing my Workspace to allow emails. I am getting the HTML emails but no attachment.
I have enabled "Allow voicemail as attachments to HTML notifications" in CUCA > System Settings > Advanced > Messaging.
I have set up HTML notifications in the User > Edit > Notification Devices
I went into Templates > Notification Templates and looked to see if I had to add a variable to the template to show the attachment but it doesn't appear that is the case
I know that I can send them as attachments using a Unified Messaging Account, and that works, however that email is not customizable and I don't like it.
We are on CUCA version 14.0.1.14006-5.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what I am missing?
