I'm running CME with Unity. 2 users call about every week to say that there mailbox is locked out. I'm not sure if they are locking themselves out or if an outsider is calling into our voicemail access line and trying to hack into voice mail boxes.
What is the the best way to find out what is causing the voicemail lockout? Is there some sort of auditing or debug logging that will give me more information?
