Voicemail Error messge not available (only old messages)

Guys,

 i have a voicemail issue a user can't play an old or specific voicemail message he gets message not available but this is only for old messages he can play the new messages so i check the voicemail box size and it was configured to system default which is around 6MB so i thought this is the issue but he can play the old messages using jabber.

the question why the old messages can be played from jabber and can't be played from the desk phone.

does jabber install the voicemail messages locally if yes where.

Jabber for windows

The cache is in a folder "Jabber" 

C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\

Under Jabber > CSF you have folders Contacts, History, Logs, Photo Cache 

Jabber for Mac

Logs - /Users/<userid>/Library/Logs/Jabber/
Config - /Users/<userid>/Library/Application Support/Cisco/Unified Communications / Jabber
