voicemail problem CUCM 8.6.2 and CUE Express 8.6.4

Good Morning,

I've a problem with voicemail activation.

I've a Cisco Callmanager 8.6.2  and CUe express 8.6.4.

I've configured the CUE with the following parameters:

ccn subsystem jtapi

ctiport 4101 4102

mwiport 1999

ccm-manager address 172.16.41.240

ccm-manager credentials hidden "A2cB9mqLjwehMeqs1KYZPaRdosjZqnxAjmyLyTHrsTtJ3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmPSd8ZZNgd+Y9J3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmPSd8ZZNgd+Y9J3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmP"

end subsystem

ccn trigger jtapi phonenumber 570

application "voicemail"

maxsessions 1

voicemail default language it_IT

voicemail broadcast recording time 300

At following on the CUCM  I've configured two cti port   (4101 and 4102), one CTI route-pont (570) and one application used (jtapiadmin).

I've associated the cti ports and the cti toute point to this user.

And then I've created the voice mail pilot and the voice mail profile.

I've also associate the voicemail porfile to the user.

Either CTI ports and CTI route point are correctly registerd.

Now when I press the voicemail key on the phone, the numer are  always busy.

Can you halp me to solve this problem?

Ok.

Now you are receiving a call connect fail 107 which usually means codec mismatch or ,more in general, resource unavailable.

CallCtlConnFailed, Inbound call, callctl cause:107.

Please check pilot and cti ports configuration or try to reset them.

I check  the tiu config and I've restard they. but the problem itt's alrewady present.

How I can verficy if the codecs are correct?

Check in cucm if you are using G.711 codec within your region and, if you ar using different region/device pool for ip phones and cti port / Route Point, make sure that G.711 is the codec used between them.

Hi Carlo in region I use G711 and G722 codec.

I must to disable the g722?

I'was  disperate and for that I've deleted and reconfigured all cti port and route point.. and now....  all works!!!

I'don't know why because I've copied the old configuration!!!!!

the CTI ports, CTI route points and phones should be assigned to the same device pool

also make sure that codec in the same region using g711ulaw

All CTI port and CTI route point are in the same Device pool.

and the codec itraregion are g722,g711.
