voip dial-peer pointing to cucm keeps on flapping(up/down). What could be the reason. Is it due to keep alive timeout?

Please suggest any other causes and remedies to rectify

how have you configured the dial peer?  is there some sort of out of band options PING on it?

whats the config like, have you got some sort of voice class and a h225 establish statement?  can you share config
