VoIP over VPN Design

All,

I have a need to replace a VPN concentrator with another device.  The need is to terminate 10-20 VPN tunnels.  Voice and Data will be running over both.  The connections are using the Public Internet (no comments please, I already know).  Given this scenario would an ASA be best used to terminate the VPN tunnels or a router?

I would definitely recommand ASA over ISR router for VPN, you can also use it for direct phone VPN connections.
