I am currently using ISR4331 to setup a voice gateway with the image version of Cisco IOS XE Software, Everest-version 16.06.02. The error was appeared when the user try to making call using their IP telephony. I had tried to do some research and found the similar bugs with this issue but the affected version was not included with Everest-version 16.06.02. Kindly advise me for any solutions or actions able to carry out to overcome this issue? Thanks.

It seems to be hitting a bug as you mentioned. Try to go to different
image.
I admit that IOS-XE is having lot of voip bugs

Alright. Thanks for your assistance.

Do you have call failures ? This defect tracks a false indication where the allocation and de-allocation happens correctly but the IOS still prints those errors. This issue was seen on 16.4(2). You are on 16.6 and though the defect is not fixed you might or might not be affected by it. You can upgrade to Fuji 16.7 to see if that fixed this or not.

It does not have any call failures when call ongoing. I am curious that my version was 16.6 while affected version was 16.4(2), does it affected as well because of the same family on "16.0"?

Thank you for your assistance.

That was seen on 16.4 and is not fixed so any recent release will still have the code that is responsible for that error. I advised upgrading just in case. If you do not have any call failure issues, you can probably ignore that defect and subscribe to it. When a fix is released, you would be notified about it.
