Hi
Is it legal to use VoIP to route calls between 2 different office locations in different cities in a single company in India?

Hi,
If your company offices are connected using IP network, then it is legal to use VoIP calls between the offices in India. The calls must be internal (extension-to-extension) calls over IP network and must not cross PSTN. TRAI regulates that IP to PSTN calls are not allowed as long as it bypass the toll otherwise it's allowed.
