Maybe you are hitting a limit of maximum entries in the call history.

E.g. There is a limit of 150 entries for the following phones 9971, 9951 and 8961.

See the link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/9971_9951_8961/10_0/english/userguide/P567_BK_UB293500_00_userguide-8961-9951-9971-10_0/P567_BK_UB293500_00_userguide-8961-9951-9971-10_0_chapter_0100.pdf

Maybe you should check, if there is a limit for the phones, which you are using.

Is the CDR enabled flag enabled on ALL servers??

Refer to below documentation and make sure that all the required parameters for CDR to show all the records are enabled:

I think that b.winter may be correct in that you only have a limited number of entries that can be displayed on the phone.

In that case, you may want to look into a third party package to allow end users to see the number of calls they have taken / made.  VoIP Detective will allow end users and admins to do this, and there is a free version as well.
