VoIP traffic via separate ISP connection

Hello everyone,

At our company we have a redundant ISP connection to two separate ISP's.

We are also using VoIP on the network.

Currently one ISP connection is used primarily and the second on is just used as a backup.

I was wondering if it is possible to use the first connection primarily for data traffic and the second connection for VoIP traffic?

We use different VLAN's for voice and data.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Dwayne

Sure, it all comes down to IP traffic routing, there is few ways of achieving it, i.e. policy based routing, etc. I would recommend asking your question on the Network Infrastructure - WAN forum.
