Volume log CP-7841

Hello everyone:

We have a small call center with two phones (model Cisco CP-7841)

That model have an option to call forwarding to the other phone in the same network if the volume is decreased by the operator to the minimum level. The call is not answered and switch automatically to the other operator
We suspect that one operator, with no justification, proceed this way to avoid his duty, but we can´t prove it without evidence.

Does the model CP-7841 create a log of the volume that we can check to confirm the suspected conduct? If that so, How we can access to the log?

Thank you

I'm not sure if that is logged, don't have a phone to test right now, if it is, then it might be in the console logs you can get from the device itself as that is certainly not sent to CUCM. http to the phone to get the logs

Can you limnk me some manual to hattp the phone?

We have been able to connect via http to the terminal and access the log. The problem now is being able to understand all the code.
Does someone have a manual or link where to download it?. Attached an example of lines of code:
