Hello,

I am trying to register E1 and 8 FXO with CUCM 10.5 using mgcp. FXOs are showing registered in CUCM but not E1, it shows Unregistered. I have attached the Gateway configuration and screenshot CUCM. I am using Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(1)T3, REL
EASE SOFTWARE. Please let me if there is any mistakes in my configuration.

Thank you,

I didn't noticed that, may by someone manually given these commands. I only gave ccm-manager and ccm-manager config server x.x.x.x and mgcp. All other configuration is from cucm 10.5, at least I thought :-p.

So you think this made the interface active.

Since ISDN Layer 1 was showing as Deactivated/Shutdown,so , framing crc4 could be main cause.

Hi.

It's a common troubleshooting step to reload the route if e1 doesn't go up after configuring mgcp.

That could have fixedly your issue.

Thank you. I swapped from modem side, but no use. Still showing shutdown. When checked with service provider they infomed for framing use CRC is disabled.
