Hi Team,
I am getting following error when i am trying to web acces of IP phone also due to this i am not able to find serial number of this device, please help me

On the physicall phone I assume you have call manager and not express is web access enabled ?

Yes, correct Cisco UCM 9.0

Already Enabled. Is anything setting need to done @ Service/enterpise parameter for activating web acces of IP phone?

nope if everything was setup to system defaults and you have eanbled web access on the phone and you have access to that IP range from your machine which you try to access it all should be fine.
Can you ping the IP of the phone?
