hi,

some strange behaviour with a cme web page.

I access the page via <IP>/telephony_service.html.

I can login with the configured administrative credentials.

After that, the window appeared and nothing is show only a "View Window" in the left upper corner.

No menu, no links, nothing.

If I close the browser, reopen it and try to login with a normal Useraccount, the menu appears, I can click to all, made changes, save and so on.

CCME Version is 8.5 with IOS 151-3.T1.

I try to change the gui files, wihtout changes the same problem.

The command "file privilege 0" only works when there's a white screen on versions 8.8, 9.0, and 9.1 I think.

If the GUI only shows "View Window", it's neccesary to delete all the existing CME GUI files and reload them to the flash, after that re-configure the http path and restart http service, by doing "no ip http-server" and "ip http-server". And in extreme scenarios, I had to reload the router, and after that it should work.

Let us know if any of the suggestions worked.

Nothing of this works. A reload of the router I've not tried yet.

After reload it works!
