web server provisioning is greyed out - CP-7841-3PCC

Hello,

I need to input a different profile rule but half the tabs in the webserver are greyed out with an infinite looping load dial. 

I have already factory reset the phone. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

What firmware are you using? 

Also what browser are you using? 

I saw this happening before on very old firmware

can you explain how to upgrade a 3PCC phone without using the Provisioning page?
