CUWL PRO includes WebEx Meeting Centre in the options available.
Does this mean you can launch a WebEx session directly from your Cisco Jabber for Windows?
OR
it simply means you get access to a WebEx account that is not in anyway linked to the UC system.
I look forward to assistance.

Hi,
It means both. You get one year of free webex services with CUWL pro. Once activated you can use it as a standalone feature, and you can link it to jabber to start scheduled or instant webex sessions.
It is webex meetings, not webex connect! (Connect = cloud presence server)

Erik

Well, there is a whole lot of documentation on the subject. What aspects do you want more information about?

I have got a situation where users running Jabber for Windows dial into Cisco Telepresence meeting rooms CUCM - VCS. Now there is a need to include WebEx attendies into these meetings. A conference call with Jabber Desktop, C-Series endpoints and WebEx attendies. Coneferencing done by an MCU.
So I was thinking Jabber could initiate call to CTS and then Ad Hoc WebEx.
Will this work?

Hi,
Okay, that's a little different. Standards based video doesn't mix that well with webex web video. there are some options available for full telepresence but I am not sure it applies to your case because it requires a CTS. It is the one touch: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/solutions/ns669/webex_engage.html
I know webex is involved in allowing their webex telepresence solution to connect to webex meetings, but that's months ahead in time (do not know when to expect). When that comes available you might be able to setup a webex session and invite/connect standards based video into the same meeting.

Erik
