Hello,
"Can one you help me in the scenario given below:
A customer is using MCS 7835 I3 Server on CUCM 8.6 with meeting place, including 7900 Series phone i.e. approaching end of sale/end of life with DLU's.
Now they want to upgrade it to the latest CUCM 11.x.
Could you revert me on these query...

A) Not sure if you mean to migrate, which I assume it is, or to keep them both running.
B) yes
C) No idea what you're asking here
D) Again, this is not clear, Jabber work as a softphone, you can make calls, if you're worried about the BHCA, that's discussed in the SRND.
What documentation and what other things have you already reviewed?????

#2 reach pre-sales for assistance with what PNs and what contracts need to be in place for this
#3 & #4 OK, I strongly suggest you reach out to one of your senior engineers for assistance with this, as you're talking about completely different products, and somehow think they're equivalent, and you can replace one with the other.
