Is it possible for me to use my desktop Webex teams call feature and connect it to an iPhone (like you can a desk phone) and then use the app to dial out?

No you cannot use Webex on your PC to control the Webex application on your mobile device.

Are you trying to say that,  you need to use Webex app on iPhone for making calling as you make calls from webex desktop app ?
