We are planning to upload a welcome message to our company and Configuring Auto-Attendant Welcome message to specific extension.
Scenario:
1) uploading file to CME, what is the file type and extension (.wav, mp3 or .au) and how to upload.
2) When someone call from outside to our Specified Direct Number (Example: 2155698) the voice call will prompt that the call has been recorded and welcome message.
