What are RealeaseSource in show call history voice

I am trying to figure out from the show call history voice command what does ReleaseSource=1,2,3,4,7 etc means.

Basically i an trying to figure out which party has disconnected the call.

Each party of the call is given a number and the release source is the
number of the party released the call. This can be a phone, voice gateway,
etc.

So What does ReleaseSource=4 or ReleaseSource=3 Means.
Is there any document where these are defined.
