Hi Cisco techs,
After all the reading I have done on this topic.
The one issue that isnt conclusive is whether to install CME first on the router or install firmware/software for phones first?
Or doesnt this matter?

You install the call control agent CME/CUCM, configure the phones, and then plug them so they register and download the FW/configuration.

In fact, phones come with a factory preinstalled firmware. So, as Jaime said, you install/configure CME, plug the phones and they will work.
Later, if you wish, you can install the latest firmware in CME and upgrade the phones.

- Adrian.

Hi,
It looks incorrect login details, try to reset the login details or create a new account on the tftp and try again.
Thanks

Also. Do access control lists need to be updated/created for this?
