What if users have the same first and last name in CUC

Hi,

What if multiple users have the same first and last name in CUC and I have caller input for an auto attendant greeting set to question the directory call handler when the dial-in-user dials by name which user with voicemail will be selected?

Users with same details won't exist on CUC at same time. The 2nd one won't
be imported or added as CUC will throw error.

Therefore, the call will be forwarded to the user which exists on CUC
