What is the best way to move 10,000 Route Patterns from one route list to another route list?

I have 10,00 route patterns that I need to move from one route list to a different route list.

What tool(s) can I use to complete this task?

I think an AXL tool would do this for you but I'm not experienced with that.  Someone else might be able to provide you a link for the tool as well as instructions.

You could simply use the Bulk administration to export all your route patterns, edit the CSV file with a utility like 7-ZIP and then simply import them with your required changes. 

You don't say what version of CUCM you are running, I am not sure which version they allowed you to export route patterns but the easiest thing would be to check.

Bulk administration / import export / export - select route pattern.

Open the tar and edit the csv by find and replace on route group.

Add back to tar, upload back into CUCM
