What "Call State" do I configure for Abbreviated Dial?

What "call state" do I edit when using Abbreviated Dial on a 7900 series phone?

In testing, I press the speed dial number I've already setup, the soft keys at the bottom are Dial, Backward (<<), AbbrDial and Cancel.

I don't see those soft keys in any of the Call States

On Hook

Connected

On Hold

Ring

Off Hook

Connected Transfer

Digits after First

Connected Conference

Ring Out

Off hook with Feature

Remote in Use

Connected No Feature

Are you trying to remove the AbbrDial softkey from template, or add it?

Also, what version of CUCM are you using (some of the default softkey templates changed with different versions)? And which softkey template are you looking at?

If you press a regular speed dial the call state will be Digits After First until the target rings, and then it will be Ring Out until the target picks up, and then it will be Connected.
