we have CISCO phones in a call centre, we also have students. We want the students to be able to listen in to calls. What is the best technology to use, to allow an employee to talk to a client (our employees use either the handset or the headphones) but also allow a student to "listen in" to the call to learn.
hoping there is a device or software that allows this to occur.
