Hi,
I have a scenario as follow:
I have 3 callmanagers, publisher, sub1 and sub2 (version 4.02(3)sr1a).
Sub1 - CCM A
Sub2 - CCM B
We have a duplex IPCC environment, CCMA registered to pim1(PGA) and CCMB registered to pim2(PGB). As it is a duplex environment, side A is active, side B is idle.
We have CTIRP_2000 registered to CCMA.
Would like to know what would happen to the call that going to CTIRP_2000 when CCMA is down?
thanks

CTI Manager should be running in both CCMs
IPCC should have both CTI managers configured in order to provide failover
Also as a third option configure CFNA and CFB
in the CTI RPs

The Route point should reregister to CCMB, while it is out of service, it will do a Forward on No Answer, so you should consider which number is configured there.
Did you configure the monitoring with two different PG-JTAPI Users?
The deployment would recommend to use two different generic PGs to connect to the CUCM, not two different PIMs, using also the PG redundancy for this and avoiding contended use of the CTI resources.

Riccardo
