What will occur when phone lost connection in SRST mode

Hi 

I Have 3 phones registered in SRST mode  ( wan is down )

What will occur if the phones got power cycle  ?

Did the phones should get registered again ? 

from what I see the phones not registered and didnot get IP address from the DHCP .

I configured DHCP in SRST , and lines goes  registered and that its ok ...

 and 3 Dial-peer was rebuilt in SRST .

The issue is while one of the phones was reset  and registered again , the srst built a new Dial-peer with the same Number .

so we got a duplicate dial-peer with the same number registered

As you see the last line show expired="0" 

In this time while the WAN is back the all Registered record should be cleared  from the SRST 

BUT the last line still exist

How can I cleared this record Line ?

DHCP was configured in SRST 

Phones got Registration and that its ok .

I have a scenario while IN SRST mode one of the phone lost connection and tried to registered again 

The Phone was registered ok but while running --> show sip-ua status registrar

I have got duplicate number and Dial-peer :

As you see we got Duplicate Dial-peer and of them with Expired=0

then the WAN is back .. In that time all Dial-peer should removed from this table 

But the one with Expired=0 still exist 

How to avoid this situation ? How can we remove this line
