When conference CCM 5.x IPPhone Reset

When the user trying for conference, the 7960 IPPhone get reset, we have configure max conference session as 8, could some one light for 8 conference session how many user can make conference call at a time.

How to troublshoot conference related problem in CCM 5.x, please light me.

max conf session at 8 where in the sccp in gw or in cucm.

check srnd guide media resources section for more info.

in regards reset problem what is the exact firmware and conference bridge type?

is the 7960 the initator?, this problem is not really common.

please porvide more details, like topology if fw or fragmentation involved, etc.

Thanks for your reply.

Max conference in voice gateway is 8, we only have that much DSP in voice gateway, in cucm max confer is 16.

the problem is with in LAN network itself, codec g711ulaw.

Any suggestion please.
