Where do I find VM Tools for ESXI 5.1 that is shipped with Cisco Collaboration 10.5?
Platform is BE7K.
I cannot find a link that works and searching is worthless.

The VMTools are already built-into ESXi, not sure what you're asking here.

I understand that the VM TOOLS are in the ESXI. Reloading the Host and bringing up the VMs and now they are showing that VM TOOLS are good.
I am also working on a 10.0 NFR version for a lab environment. The CUCM/UC/IM units are all showing that the VM TOOLS are Running OUT of Date. I am now trying to find the ESXI update for them. Do I find that on a ESXI 5.1 IOS disk??

No, I really meant they are built-into ESXi, the image your server is running, HAS the vmtools
You probably want to read this:

The installers for VMware Tools for Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, and NetWare guest operating systems are built into VMware Workstation as ISO image files. (An ISO image file looks like a CD-ROM to your guest operating system and even appears as a CD-ROM in Windows Explorer. You do not use an actual CD-ROM to install VMware Tools, nor do you need to download the CD-ROM image or burn a physical CD-ROM of this image file.)
