which IOS resolve this %SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED and %SYS-INPUTQ

Hi,

We experience some problem about IP-to IP Gateway.

We use Cisco 2811 ISR using MGCP, and SIP IP-IPGw.

The router have VWIC2-2FMT-E1 (in MGCP) and use HWIC-2FE

If we use the IOS c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.T2.bin then the HWIC-2FE is not supported

If we use c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T2.bin then we have the bug %SYS-2-INPUTQ.

When we check the bug toolkit, then it ask to upgrade the IOS

When upgrading the IOS to c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T5.bin (this is the last of the T version) then we have the  bug %SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED.

And the Error decoder ask us to upgrade once again.

So which IOS support these features, and without these bug on cisco 2811

MGCP

IP-toIP GW (SIP)

HWIC-2FE

MFTE1

we already check the c2800nm-adventerprisek9_ivs_li-mz.124-24.T5.bin, but it doesn(t support MGCP.

With respect to "%SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED" error, you typically see this message when you run unsupported features like DO-DO Video call, unsupported payload / packatization, etc.

It is difficult to say anything without the complete error message or the Bug-ID. Could you please copy the complete error message or the Bug-ID ?

Hi,

The problem was not a bug but the ptime value.

The ptime value should between 5 to 20 but the ptime value in the other side is more than supported by cisco.
