who is using my license

Dear experts,

I have CUCM  with Cisco Prime License Manager - there I can see that I have one CUWL Standart License in use - and because I don´t have one installed, the System tells me that I need one license.

Where can I find, which part of configuration in CUCM is using/requesting  this license???

Hi Klaus,

On CUCM, You can go to System -> Licenses -> License Usage Report.

you will see hyperlink for licences type and it will tell you the usage there.

Hi Klaus,

you can find the same under CUCM Administration---System--Licensing -License Usage Report

Click on Users under Report for CUWL Standard.
