Hi Please see the picture attached. After installing the soft phone, The phone number cannot be entered. I just notice that it is missing some buttons at bottom of its screen. Do you think so?

It mostly looks look an unprovisioned phone to me.

Hi,
Seems your phone is not registered and hence you can not use it. Are you working with CUCM or CME?

Yes I also think so. I am using CUCM. how can I check its status from the soft phone like physical phone?

have you assign the TFTP server ip address ie your CUCM IP to the CIPC.You can click the setting button then goto 4th Option to check the status.
Your CIPC suppose to have TFTP Ip address in order the fetch the config and Register.
