Why cme blind transfer working consultative transfer not working?

Hello All,

Could anyone of you please suggest why consultative transfer is not working for me. When I tried to do a full-consult transfer Transferee could not able to hear the transferred person (one way audio). Blind transfer is working with no issue. 

All transfers are to internal extensions.

FYI ephone-dn are configured as dual-line

Can you confirm complete call flow?

Is this transfer to PSTN or Internal?

Is this issue intermittent?

Provide below outputs

++ show tech voice

++ show logging

This is not intermittent. Blind transfer is working for all but consultative transfer is not working (one way audio)

Call flow is like this- Caller (PSTN)------>Internal Phone A----------Transferred to ------->Internal Phone B.

++ IP address of the devices involved in the call flow

++ Call Detaills, Calling party, Called Party,Timestamp

++ Do you see packets increment when you press "?" button

++ Do you see packets increment in the output of "show call active voice brief"

Please try to remove the command

h225 h245-address on-connect

I will try to remove above command. Also let me know if I need to configure voice rtp send-recv, because this command is not configured currently.

Don't matter, that command is for media cut-thru.
