why my conference call will drop out about every 15 minutes

Hi Experts :

     I met a problem : when I use my cisco 7936 and cisco 7941 dail conference number 400-678-4288 , it will get connected and we can talk with others for about 15 mintutes, but after 15 minutes the call will drop out and we need to dial this 400 number again, and 15 minutes later it will drop again!

                              If we are in another city and we dial this number with the analogy phone or skype , we don't have this problem, can anyone tell me the reason ?

                              following is the log file I grasped from CUCM with RTMT tool, my CUCM verson is: 7.1.3.32900-4,  my cisco 7936 version is:cmterm_7936.3-3-21-0, my cisco 7941 verson is: SCCP41.8-5-3S, thank you very much!
