This is my first post here and I'm pretty lost so please go easy on me.
I have a Cisco WIP310 wireless IP phone connected to my voip.ms account. While the screen remains active the phone stays registered to the SIP provider, however, most often as soon as the screen turns dark whether it be while on the dock, charging or out registration is lost and I have to restart the phone (sometimes many times) before registration is re-acquired. Is this a known issue or is there anyone who has experienced this.
I am quite novice so I don't know how to generate logs which might contain more useful information than just my basic description of the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
