WIP310 Release 5.0.13 not possible to install

I always get the message, when I cannot my WIP310 to upgrade from 5.0.12 to 5.0.13

DEVICE COULD NOT BE INITIALIZED !!!

I have the USB port and tried all, nothing help.

The WIP310 works, but with some technical problems, so the uprade to 5.0.13 is urgent and needed.

Any idea?

me too - don't have an xp machine readily available - any other suggestions ?
