I am trying to use a wired headset with a Cisco CP-3905 model phone. I am using the Sennheiser CC-520 headset with the recommended CSTD 08 Easy Quick disconnect bottom cable. Cannot get headset to work. Is there something I must do on the phone itself (setting) to get the headset to work? Thank you in advance.
