Wireless Headset for Attendant Console Advanced OPR.11.0.1.3058

We're looking for a wireless headset for our receptionist to use with CUACA.  What makes and models, if any, are compatible with this version?   OPR.11.0.1.3058

Hi Matt,

We are using CUACA version 10.  Unless things have drastically changed in 11 it all depends on the phone you are using.  You would need to find out which headsets are compatible with the IP Phone the receptionist uses.

Most the time we use Plantronics headsets with our phones, you just need to make sure you purchase the correct bottom cable for the headset, usually a U10 for Cisco.

Rob,

Thank you for taking time to respond to my post.  I'd been looking at the Plantronics SAVI 700, so your input has helped in making a decision.  We use other Plantronics models within our environment, but one particular user is our receptionist and she is the only one answering calls through the Attendant Console.
