Hello,
We have a mix of 6941 and 7962G phones. Any recommendations on a wireless headset? We prefer Plantronics but are open to other suggestions.
Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
I'm sorry that I can't help with the 6941 as we don't use any of them
Our users really, really like the "new" Plantronics CS540 it is the replacement
for the CS50/55's and is what I'm using now as well.
If you are using these with your 7962's you can also order the APC-41
adaptor which replaces the need for the "lifter" kit
and allows you to leverage the Headset Hookswitch Control (HHC) setting on
the new phone models to answer and disconnect calls from the headset itself
without pushing any button on the IP phone

Just a thought here
Cheers!

Hi Bill,
We are very happy with the Jabra 9470 pro. With this Headset you can connect your cell phone with bluetooth and your pc over USB and your desk phone at the same time.

Take care that you need different hookswitch control cables for 6941 or 7962 phones.

I use a Jabra 6470 and am very happy with it. It does not require a lifter.

Keith,
what exact Cisco phone model do you use your Jabra 6470 with? What other options have you had to purchase (like Jabra LINK adapters)?
I was sure that 6941 phone would need a scary lifter (Jabra GN1000).
A 7962G phone would need a Jabra LINK 14201-22 for EHS, but will do without lifter.
I am planning to use 9951/9971 + Expansion module phones with Jabra 6470, and I am trying to figure out any catches that expect me
