WLAN and APs 8821’s

I’m sure someone will understand me.

I have two 8821’s and currently two access points specifically for the 8821s only. They are connected to a WLAN controller. What I notice is calls will be dropped and not seamless when in the vicinity of a stronger signal. So it’s not a seamless connection. 
is there a way for it to be seamless? Thank you in advance for your help!

What firmware is the 8821 loaded with? 
What firmware is the WLC running on?

What preferred band is the 8821 set for?

I believe my situation is rectified. I utilized the first document you mentioned. I had to make minor adjustments to my controller but it appears the coverage is much better and seamless. Previously the calls would drop and the phone wouldn’t connect to the closer ap instantly, it would take a good minute or longer it seemed. This worked thankfully. Thank you!!!
