wont ring 2 phones cp 6961

Hi All

I got 2 phone the are not ringing when a call come in to the main number,  is a set of 8 phones all toghter and they ring at the same time when a call come in.

IOS is CME with UNity 8.0.5.

any idea.

Hope you are well.

Can I see your hunt groups and DNs this would give me a better idea to help you out. Also what numbers should be ringing and which numbers are not ringing as it should
