Wrong Area Code on Call Forward

When we forward our IP phones to our cells phones, the 7 digit number displayed on the cell phone is correct, but no matter what area code the orginally call is from, it allways displays our local Area code (817).   We are using Cisco Unified CM ver:7.1.2

Are you using PRI's to forward the calls to your cell-phones? If so, please run 'debug isdn q931' and check what calling party number are we sending out in the outgoing setup message. If possible, post that debug output here. Check whether we are sending out the wrong caller id or whether the telco is substituting the caller id with area code 817.

If you see from the previous post that the caller ID is incorrect in the q931 debug, then check on CUCM that you don't have anything configured on the route pattern, route group, or gateway/trunk that might be setting the calling party number.  Also remember in 7.x there is a calling party transformation CSS that is either on the gatway/trunk or device pool that can be used to change the calling party number.
