Wrong Caller ID and Call Forwarding in Cisco CM

Hi all,

Got a strange behaviour of Caller ID and I do not know which of the config is wrong.

Phone A 64122100 is forwarded to Mobile Phone B 81234567

Mobile Phone C (91234567) calls Phone A which is diverted to Phone B and It displays 64124567

The external phone mask in the phone devices has been set to 6412XXXX.

Is there anyway or parameters to change to just show the main switchboard number which is 64122000

Have a few cases of users complaining that they have forwarded their desk phones to their mobile numbers and the caller ID is incorrect.
