wrong password attempts at voice mail

Hi,

I've CUCM 6.1.2 with unity connection ( Call manager business edition). We are having auto attendant configured for one of our sites. Now coming to voice mail its working fine but once a user puts 3 wrong passwords, he start hearing auto attendant greetings. Plz advice what to do.

This is because the database may be corrupted.
