1. Does the Cisco CME - BE6000S works with WRP500-E-K9 Router ?

2. How is separate voice data of data(lan) traffic on WRP500-E-K9 Router?

Enterprise products are usually NOT tested with SMB products, you would need to POC that to find if they do work

For assistance with that router, you should post in the SMB community.
