XML Applications and TCL Scripts for CUCM

Does someone have some clue (sites, books, cisco documents, templates, others) about TCL scripts for IOS gateways and XML templates to develop applications for CUCM IP Phones?

I have some Cisco documents and books, but I still have to study a lot.

http://developer.cisco.com is a good place to start.  There is plenty of good data there.  For the phone XML applications, start here:  http://developer.cisco.com/web/ipps.

For the voice gateway API solutions, start here:  http://developer.cisco.com/web/vgapi/home

You will need a CCO account to logon.  Outside of that, you just need lots of reading time!
